for a psu (had to look that up in acronym finder), i think you might get by going to the nanaimo recycling exchange. their main phone number is 758-7777 but i think to talk to the people that handle the computer parts first-hand, the number is 758-2948. it's been a few weeks since i contacted them, but basically people take their old computers to them and pay nanaimo exchange to disassemble them. i think 64 megs of 168-pin ram sells for $2 or $5, if that helps.
