Yup, I can understand that... I used to live in Abbotsford, and even out 
there we'd see a difference in prices vs. Vancouver.

What I don't understand, though, is why the difference in prices is so 
steep out here.  I certainly don't mean to single you out, of course, 
but take the Sparkle ATX-350PN you mentioned in your message -- that 
could be ordered at retail prices from NCIX in Vancouver 
(http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=17702) *with* Purolator 
ground shipping to your door for less.  CAD$46.10+tax, to be exact.  And 
yours is still one of the cheapest prices I've found out here. :)

It's just for one of my older headless PIII development servers, so I 
just need a generic 300-350W ATX PSU -- nothing fancy.  I used to get 
'em for under $25 from my supplier in Coquitlam, although I used to send 
them a lot of business so they cut me pretty good deals.
